News: Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run in Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, MO – A person was struck and killed near an intersection in Victory Hills on Tuesday afternoon.
Police responded to the incident around 1 p.m. this afternoon near the intersection of north 55th Street and Leavenworth Road, reports KSHB.
The vehicle that struck the person fled the scene.
Leavenworth Road is closed-off from 55th Street to 57th Street as police investigate.
