News Update: Victims identified in deadly crash in south Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, MO – Police have identified the two victims in a deadly crash in south Kansas City on Sunday night.
According to a report by FOX 4, Delvon Landrum, 33, of Grandview, and Nickie Lewis, 41, of Columbia, died when their vehilce crashed into a building near Troost Avenue and Armour Boulevard at about 11 p.m.
Officers saw the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed near Linwood Boulevard and Holmes Street but decided not to initiate a pursuit. Moments later, the Chevrolet Corvette, crashed into the structure and caught fire.
