News: 33-year-old Kansas City woman injured in U.S. 50 crash
OTTERVILLE, MO – A 33-year-old woman from Kansas City was injured in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 50 on Saturday morning.
KSIS reports 86-year-old Benjamin P. Sherr was traveling west on U.S. 50 in a 2006 Lincoln Town Car when the vehicle skidded due to wet road conditions. Sherr lost control of the vehicle causing it to travel into oncoming traffic and hit a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse, driven by Karla M. Young.
Young was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for minor injuries. She was not wearing a seat belt.
The Lincoln was totaled and the Chevrolet sustained extensive damages.
