News: Crash on US 350 seriously injures man thrown from convertible

KANSAS CITY, MO – A man was seriously injured after he was thrown from his convertible on US 350 or Thursday morning, according to FOX4 KC.

The crash occurred close to 3:50 a.m. near the 67th Street exit when a man in a Ford Mustang was speeding northbound on the highway and lost control of his vehicle.

The Mustang crossed several lanes of traffic before colliding with a rock wall, ejecting the driver from the open roof of the convertible.

No word on what is thought to have caused the accident.
