News: One person killed in single-vehicle accident in De Soto

DE SOTO, KS – A 66-year-old man was declared dead after a crash that overturned his truck in De Soto on Wednesday, reports KSHB.

The accident took place close to 12:30 a.m. on the 9800 block of Lexington Avenue where the driver struck a guardrail, causing the vehicle to overturn.

The driver, John W. Couch, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No cause is given for the accident, which is still under investigation.
