News: One woman injured after towed unit detaches, leading to crash in Warsaw County
WARSAW, MO – A 75-year-old Urbana woman was hurt in a crash on US 65 in Benton County on Wednesday night.
The MSHP reports the crash occurred close to 6:10 p.m. on US-65 near Main Street when a unit being towed by a Cadillac Escalade detached from the vehicle before being struck by a GMC Yukon heading the opposite direction.
Margie Bryant, the Yukon’s driver, was taken to Bothwell Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
No one else was hurt in the crash.
