News: Semi driver injured when trailer wheels locked up causing crash

MACON COUNTY, MO – A truck driver was injured when the semi he was driving crashed off Route DD north of Macon late last month.

According to Missouri State Highway Control, the driver was headed westbound on Route DD when the trailer wheels of a 2006 Kenworth locked up. The semi traveled off the road and overturned, injuring the 47-year-old driver.

He was transported to Samaritan Hospital for his injuries.
