News: Construction worker suffers injuries in house fire

FAIRWAY, KS – One person suffered minor injuries at a house fire in Fairway this afternoon.

According to KCTV, the house was getting remodeled when a fire started at 5823 Howe Drive east of Mission Road.

A construction worker at the residence suffered burn injuries and was transported to an area hospital.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
