News: 1 injured in Blue Springs two-vehicle crash

BLUE SPRINGS, MO – A woman was injured in a crash just outside of Kansas City on Thursday afternoon, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision happened on the eastbound I-70 ramp to MO-7 around 1:45 p.m. One woman was stationary in her vehicle in the eastbound lanes when she was struck from behind by another driver in a Suzuki Vitara.

The woman was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center with minor injuries. The other driver was uninjured.
