News: Fatal crash in Kansas City kills 1, injures 2 others

KANSAS CITY, KS – A person died and two people were injured in a collision that happened in Kansas City Friday evening, reports KSHB.

Two vehicles collided at Kaw Drive and Swartz Road around 5 p.m.

A 34-year-old female driver died at the scene of the crash.

The driver and passenger in the second vehicle were both transported to an area hospital with injuries.
