News: 2 injured after multi-vehicle crash involving stolen truck

KANSAS CITY, MO – Two people were hospitalized after they were hit by a driver in a stolen truck in Independence on Monday.

According to Fox4, police were following a stolen pickup with four people inside when they fled officers near 23rd Street and Sterling Avenue.

The driver struck the rear-end of a car at 23rd Street and Ralston Avenue. Two occupants in the car were taken to an area hospital with injuries.

All four occupants of the pickup truck were arrested. No identities have been released at this time.
