News: Woman hospitalized after two-vehicle Macon County crash

MACON COUNTY, MO – A woman was taken to the hospital after being injured in a collision on US-63 Monday afternoon reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 

The crash happened as Michael D. Davis, 62, of Macon was attempting a right-hand turn on US-63 in a Chrysler Town and Country. 18-year-old Chezney R. Smith, of Macon, was headed southbound in a Ford Fusion when she struck the Chrysler.

An occupant in the Chrysler, 72-year-old Susan E. Davis was transported to Samaritan Hospital with moderate injuries.

No one else was hurt in the collision.
