News: Collision involving 2 vehicles disrupts traffic on I-470 at I-49

KANSAS CITY, MO – Major delays were reported following a multi-vehicle crash on I-470 in south Kansas City this morning.

According to the Missouri DoT, the incident occurred at about 8 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to I-49.

The events surrounding the crash are unclear at this time. However, significant traffic delays were reported throughout Tuesday morning’s rush hour.
