News: Head-on crash on US-65 leaves 3 injured

SALINE CO., MO – Two women and a man were injured in a head-on crash on US-65 near Marshall early Thursday morning.

According to the MSHP, the crash happened in the southbound lanes of the roadway near Golden Avenue at about 12:30 a.m.

Police say the driver of a 2010 Mercury Milan crossed the center line for unknown reasons and slammed into a northbound 1999 Dodge Dakota.

Two women in the Mercury were treated for minor injuries and released. The man in the Dodge was taken to a local hospital to be treated.
