News: 78-year-old man hurt in single-vehicle crash on US-50

JOHNSON CO., MO – A man suffered injuries in a single-vehicle collision on US-50 near Pittsville on Wednesday afternoon.

According to a report by the MSHP, the crash was reported shortly after noon near the intersection with MO-131.

Trooper say 78-year-old John A. Turner was attempting to exit the freeway when he struck a raised portion of the road, causing his vehicle to overturn.

Turner was treated for minor injuries and released.
