News: Man injured after rollover collision on I-29 in Platte Co.

PLATTE CO., MO – A man was sent to the hospital following a rollover collision on I-29 near Platte City.

According to the MSHP, 67-year-old Robert Calvert lost control of his 2005 Saturn in the southbound lanes of the interstate near Platte Ridge Park. The Saturn then collided with a guardrail before overturning in the roadway, where it was hit by an oncoming Coachmen.

Calvert suffered minor injuries and was taken to North Kansas Hospital for treatment.

No one on the Coachman was reportedly injured in the wreck.
