News: 70-year-old man injured in Johnson County rear-end collision
WARRENSBURG, MO – A 70-year-old Warrensburg man was seriously injured in a rear-end collision at Missouri 13 and N. Simpson Dr. on Tuesday night.
According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, Ronald B. Cowan was turning left from Missouri 13 onto N. Simpson Dr. in a 2004 Harley Davidson. A 2009 Ford, driven by 51-year-old Joyce F. Dorrell, rear-ended the motorcycle at 6:56 p.m.
Cowan was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for serious injuries.
Dorrell was not injured in the crash and was wearing a seat belt.
Both vehicles sustained minor damages.
