CARROLL COUNTY, MO – A crash on Highway 10 near Norborne left a man with minor injuries and several criminal charges on Wednesday morning, KTTN reports.

The driver, Kansas City’s Huey Neal, 59, was travelling eastbound on Highway 10 when his vehicle ran off the road.

He was hospitalized and treated for minor injuries.

Neal faces several criminal charges as a result of the crash, including driving while intoxicated.
