DEKALB COUNTY, MO – A woman was injured early Sunday morning when her SUV struck a cow on Route N near Clarksdale, Q Country reports.

The driver, 30-year-old Brittney Tunks, was travelling southbound on Route N in a Ford Explorer when she struck a cow that had gotten onto the roadway.

She was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center. The severity of her injuries is unknown at this time.
