News: Motorcycle crash results in one death on West 87th

KANSAS CITY, MO – A motorcyclist was killed after running a red light and being struck by another vehicle on West 87th Wednesday night.

KCTV reports that the accident took place close to 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of Maurer Road.

The motorcyclist, 40-year-old-Kevin M. Joyce of Lenexa, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other injuries are reported.
