News: Driver only injury after rollover crash into Yasmeen’s Café on Independence

KANSAS CITY, MO – A rollover crash into a restaurant left one woman with minor injuries in Northeast Kansas City Monday afternoon.

KSHB reports that near 2 p.m., the westbound driver lost control of the vehicle before veering across traffic to collide with two streetlights.

The vehicle then rolled over onto its roof and crashed into Yasmeen’s Café at 14477 Independence.

No injuries were reported by diners in the restaurant.

The cause of the crash is still unknown at the time of this report.
