News: Pedestrian struck by truck on Blue Parkway, critically injured

KANSAS CITY, MO – A pickup truck struck and critically injured a pedestrian on Blue Parkway Tuesday morning.

The Kansas City Star reports that a westbound Ford 350 struck the victim at approximately 5 a.m. as they were walking in the leftmost lane.

The driver reportedly stopped to cooperate with police.

The unnamed pedestrian was hospitalized in critical condition. No other injuries were reported.
