News: Two drivers flee crash, three injured victims left behind on Van Brunt Blvd

KANSAS CITY, MO – Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash from which both drivers fled, leaving the injured passengers behind on Wednesday afternoon, KSHB reports.

The crash occurred at east 30th Terrance and Van Brunt Boulevard close to 4:30 p.m. when a Toyota Camry entered the intersection and was struck by a Chevrolet Silverado.

All three of the injured were passengers in the Camry. One of the wounded was in critical condition after being nearly ejected from the vehicle through a window.

Another passenger in the rear seats sustained injuries that were life-threatening.
