News: Two seriously injured in golf cart crash in Benton County

BENTON COUNTY, MO – Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries following a golf cart crash on Bill Bryant Drive and Duck Street Saturday night.

NorthwestMoInfo reports that the accident occurred close to 8:25 p.m. when a Parcar golf cart driven by Steven R. Faught of Higginsville, 35, overturned after hitting a speedbump. Faught was ejected from the vehicle along with passenger Elizabeth J. Curtis of Excelsior Springs, 31.

Both Faught and Curtis were hospitalized at Bothwell Regional Health Center with serious injuries.
