News: Crash kills motorcyclist in Independence on East 23rd

INDEPENDENCE, MO – A fatality crash in Independence resulted in the death of one motorcyclist on Tuesday morning.

According to KSHB, the crash took place close to 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of 23rd and South Pearl Streets when a eastbound Suzuki Bandit struck the side of a Buick Enclave.

The motorcycle’s driver was reported to have been driving recklessly.

Responders declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene.

No other injuries are reported in the crash.
