News: Two Michigan passengers hurt in semi truck crash near Hollister

TANEY COUNTY, MO – Two people were injured when a semi truck bypassed a red light and crashed into another vehicle in Taney County near Hollister on Thursday morning, reports the MSHP.

The crash occurred close to 9:20 a.m. on US 65 when a southbound Kenworth W900 truck went through a red light and crashed into a Chrysler Town and Country headed southbound.

Two occupants in the truck from Roscommon, Michigan, one male and one female, were taken to Cox South Hospital of Springfield to be treated for minor injuries.

Neither driver was reportedly injured.

Both vehicles were listed as totaled in the accident.
