News: Head-on truck vs motorcycle crash kills motorcyclist in Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, MO – A collision caused the death of one motorcyclist in Kansas City on Thursday night, reports the Kansas City Star.
The crash occurred near 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard and Prospect Avenue when a northbound Ford F250 turned left at a traffic light on Prospect Avenue.
A southbound Suziki motorcycle also went to take a left turn at the same signal and crashed head-on into the Ford, ejecting the rider.
The motorcyclist was declared deceased after having been transported to the hospital. He was reportedly not wearing a helmet.
