News: Woman dies after being struck by vehicle, pinned to wall in Lee’s Summit

LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – A pedestrian was declared dead after a vehicle collision pinned her to the wall of a hotel in Lee’s Summit Wednesday night.

The Kansas City Star reports the incident occurred close to 7:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Fairfield Inn location at 1301 NE Windsor Drive.

Sandrea N. Sipple of Kansas City, 21, was taken to the hospital for treatment where she later died from her injuries.

No other injuries are reported in the crash.

The driver was not reported to have been cited or charged in the collision.
