News: Rear-end collision kills 27-year-old in Lee’s Summit
JACKSON COUNTY, MO – One man was killed in a rear-end collision on US 50 and Alley Jackson Road on Wednesday morning, reports KSHB.
The fatality accident took place close to 7:55 a.m. when the victim, 27-year-old Austin Vantine of Bates City, crashed his Ford Transit into the rear of a Ford F-550 that was slowing to take a left turn.
Vantine was killed in the crash.
No other injuries were reported, nor was what is thought to have caused the accident.
