News: Motorcyclist seriously injured in crash just outside Exeter
BARRY COUNTY, MO – A motorcyclist was seriously hurt after being struck by a vehicle in Barry County near Exeter on Monday night, according to the MSHP.
The accident occurred at almost 7:10 p.m. on Missouri 76 when a Dong Fang Motorcycle driven by 57-year-old David R. Bennet of Exeter pulled into the path of a Ford F-150 and was struck, ejecting Bennett from the vehicle.
Bennett was rushed to Mercy Hospital with serious injuries. He was reportedly not wearing a safety helmet.
The driver of the Ford had no reported injuries.
