News: Two injured after two-vehicle crash in Belton
CASS COUNTY, MO – A man and woman in their 60s were hospitalized after getting hit by a pickup truck in Belton Saturday.
The collision occurred around 10:30 a.m. at Holmes Road and East 203rd Street. The driver of a 2015 GMC Sierra did not yield and collided with a 2019 Ford F-150, according to the MSHP Traffic Report Page.
The driver of the Ford F-150 lost control of the vehicle and traveled off-course. As a result, the truck rolled over.
The driver of the GMC Sierra was identified as Douglas C Garrison, 46, of Peculiar, MO.
The two from the truck were identified as 65-year-old Desiree J Miller and 66-year-old David P Miller from Bucyrus, KS.
The Millers were transported to Belton Regional Medical Center for moderate injuries. Their condition remains unknown.
Garrison was not injured, and it is unclear if he will face charges.
