News: Man dead after two-vehicle head-on crash near North Walnut Street in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, MO – A man’s life was claimed after a head-on collision between a silver Nissan Versa and a white Toyota Highlander Monday. 

The crash occurred after 9 p.m. before North Walnut Street, FOX 4 News reported. 

The driver of the Nissan was heading west and crossed over into eastbound lanes before colliding with the Highlander. 

The driver and passenger from the Highlander were unharmed. However, the Nissan driver was taken to a hospital, where he gave in to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
