News: Woman, 48, injured after traffic crash in Orrick

CLAY COUNTY, MO – A two-car crash was reported on Missouri 210 before 12:30 p.m Wednesday in Orrick. 

A driver of a 2006 Saturn Ion was reducing her speed during traffic and was hit by a 2013 Toyota Prius, the MSHP Traffic Report Page revealed. 

The driver of the Prius was identified as Seth E Shimerda, 31, from Kansas City, MO. 

The driver of the Saturn was identified as 48-year-old Angela M Smith, from Richmond, MO. 

Smith was hospitalized at North Kansas City Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
