News: Fatal collision reported on I-35 South in Johnson County

JOHNSON COUNTY, KS – A crash led one car to collide with a sign pole and another to travel off the road before 7 p.m. Thursday. 

The collision occurred on I-35 South, according to The Kansas City Star. 

For reasons unknown, one driver lost control of their vehicle, which went into the right lane. As a result, another car was struck. 

One car collided with a pole, and another overturned several times. 

It is unclear how many fatalities and injuries there were and if alcohol and impairment contributed to the crash.
