News: Woman dead after head-on crash on MO-150 in Greenwood

JACKSON COUNTY, MO – A head-on crash claimed the life of a 27-year-old woman in Greenwood Tuesday. 

The collision occurred before 6:45 a.m. on MO-150 East, according to the MSHP Traffic Report Page. 

The driver of a 2011 Ford F150 slid, crossed the center of the road, and crashed into a 2013 Ford Focus. The impact led the driver of the Ford Focus to travel off the right side of the road and hit a barrier and pole. 

The driver of the Ford Focus was identified as Kyliah R Sharkley. 

Sharkley was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The driver of the Ford F150 was identified as 46-year-old Daniel E Speckman. 

Speckman was unharmed.
