News: Woman, 19, hospitalized after rollover crash on US-65 in Saline County

SALINE COUNTY, MO – One was hospitalized after a fiery car crash on US-65 in Malta Bend Tuesday. 

The collision occurred after 10:30 a.m., according to the MSHP Traffic Report Page. 

The driver of a 2013 Nissan Juke traveled off the road, hit a barrier, and rolled over. The vehicle came to rest and caught fire. 

No other vehicles were involved. 

Troopers identified the driver as Emily M Poindexter, 19, of Warsaw, Missouri. 

Poindexter was taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital for moderate injuries. Her current condition is unknown.
