News: Two women injured in crash on U.S. 50 in Knob Noster

PETTIS COUNTY, MO – Missouri State Troopers responded to a crash on U.S. 50 East before 1:45 p.m. Sunday. 

According to the MSHP Traffic Report Page, a driver of a 2013 Cadallic traveled off course and crossed the median before hitting a 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche traveling east.   

The driver of the Chevrolet was identified as 51-year-old Lauri A Govin. Govin sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment at the scene. 

Troopers identified the Cadillac driver as Karen R Miller, 78, of Sunrise Beach, Missouri. 

Miller was hospitalized at Western Missouri Medical Center for moderate injuries. Her current condition is unknown.
