News: 2 women hurt in crash on Ransom Road in Lee’s Summit

LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – Two women in their early 20s were hospitalized after a crash on Ransom Road after 9:30 a.m. Friday. 

A driver of a 2017 Kia Rio declined to stop at a red light and hit a 2011 Nissan Altima, the MSHP Live Traffic Report Page revealed. 

The Nissan driver, 23-year-old Nadia Vu, and the Kia driver, 24-year-old Demi Turner, were taken to Centerpoint Hospital for moderate injuries.
