News: 1 hurt in rear-end crash along KC Int. Airport

KANSAS CITY, MO – A rear-end crash on the northbound lanes of I-29 left a woman injured Thursday morning. 

Troopers responded to the scene after 9:45 p.m., according to the MSHP Traffic Report Page. 

The driver of a Dodge Truck slowed down for traffic, and the driver of a Toyota RAV 4 overtook and hit the back of the Dodge. 

The Dodge driver was unharmed, but the Toyota driver – 26-year-old Abigail Berkery, sustained minor injuries. 

Berkery refused medical treatment at the scene.
